1. Overview

2. Filing a DMCA Notice

4. Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of the notice within 24 hours
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • Notify the content provider or user of the takedown
  • Provide the content provider with an opportunity to file a counter-notification

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its former location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

6. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the website for any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
